Rehab Associates of Central Virginia (National Practice of the Year 2015) is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Dr. Trent is Lynchburg native and graduate of Brookville High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology in 2015 from the University of Lynchburg, formerly known as Lynchburg College, while also competing on the softball team for the Hornets. She then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from The University of Lynchburg. She has special interests in general orthopedics with an emphasis on manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and geriatrics. Outside of the clinic, Hope enjoys running, weight lifting, and being outdoors. She loves spending time with her husband, son, and two Labrador Retrievers.

Delenn Fenton, PT
Dr. Fenton is from Moneta, VA and graduated from Staunton River High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2020 from Virginia Tech. Delenn then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023 from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Her areas of interest include general orthopedics, geriatrics, and vestibular care. Dr. Fenton enjoys hiking, painting, and spending time with friends and family outside of the clinic.

Elizabeth Singleton Britt, PTA, CMT
Elizabeth grew up in Lynchburg, VA and attended Jefferson College of Health Sciences from 2015-2017 for an Associate of Applied Science Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant. Elizabeth was formerly a massage therapist before deciding to be a physical therapist assistant in her early 30’s. She met her husband in 2017 and he is a physical therapist at the Lovingston location. Her interests include hiking, lifting and cats. She enjoys working in general orthopedics, particularly with knee replacements, elbow/ hand and low back. Elizabeth is currently working at the Monelison location.
