Rehab Associates of Central Virginia (National Practice of the Year 2015) is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Our licensed physical therapists Moneta are well trained to handle a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. Shellie Suffel, PTA received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2009. Shellie started her career at the Bedford office where she now works PRN. Her areas of interest include general orthopedics and manual therapy.

Cheryl Weber, PT, DPT graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1990 from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed a Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy through the University of Incarnate Word in 2015. Dr. Weber has worked full-time since graduation in adult setting with experience in outpatient, inpatient rehab, long-term care, and mental health populations. She believes in wholistic care and feels it is a privilege to be a health care provider.

Lori Yeaman, PT, DPT
Dr. Yeaman grew up in Martinsville, VA, and graduated from the University of Virginia in 2017 with a B.S.Ed in Kinesiology. In 2020, Lori graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. Dr. Yeaman is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life, and she has an interest in general orthopedics. In her free time, Lori enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

Jessica Lamont, PT, DPT
Dr. Jessica Lamont grew up as an Army brat traveling the world with her family until high school when her family settled in Virginia. Jessica graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor Degree in Biology in 1999, earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2002, and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2003. Dr. Lamont worked in the outpatient setting for 15 years in Northern Virginia before moving to Huddleston in 2020. She enjoys helping people meet their goals and return to performing activities they love.
