Rehab Associates of Central Virginia (National Practice of the Year 2015) is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Dr. Trent is a Lynchburg native and a graduate of the University of Lynchburg, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. During her undergraduate years, Dr. Trent competed on the university’s softball team, which helped shape her passion for movement, performance, and recovery. Dr. Trent serves as the Site Director of the Monelison Clinic and is also one of the company’s Regional Clinical Leads. She has special interests in treating general orthopedic conditions across all age groups, focusing on functional fitness and hands-on manual therapy.
Outside of the clinic, you will find Hope enjoying time at home with her husband and two young sons—whether it’s working out, cooking, exploring the outdoors, or spending time on the golf course.

Delenn Fenton, Physical Therapist
Delenn Fenton, PT
Delenn Fenton, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Tech where she graduated in 2020.
Dr. Fenton enjoys treating general orthopedics, with a preference toward gait and balance, and is certified in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management from the American Institute of Balance.
Dr. Fenton treats a variety of patients at the Monelison clinic and enjoys expanding her knowledge on physical therapy daily through her patients, coworkers, and new research.
In her spare time, Dr. Fenton enjoys taekwondo, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.

Elizabeth Singleton Britt, PTA, CMT
Elizabeth grew up in Lynchburg, VA and attended Jefferson College of Health Sciences from 2015-2017 for an Associate of Applied Science Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant. Elizabeth was formerly a massage therapist before deciding to be a physical therapist assistant in her early 30’s. She met her husband in 2017 and he is a physical therapist at the Lovingston location. Her interests include hiking, lifting and cats. She enjoys working in general orthopedics, particularly with knee replacements, elbow/ hand and low back. Elizabeth is currently working at the Monelison location.
