Jacqui, a New England native and a 2009 graduate of Liberty University, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University in 2012. As a student, she worked with the Liberty University Athletics Department to develop a school-age swim team program and during the summer months acted as the head coach for the Falling River Frogs Swim Team. Jacqui is working towards an orthopedic clinical specialty with a special interest in the foot and ankle. She is a member of the Rehab Associates Foot and Ankle Team specializing in post-surgical foot/ankle rehabilitation, lower extremity biomechanical evaluation, custom orthotic fabrication, diabetic shoe/orthotic assessment and video running analysis.

Joshua Bailey received both his BS in Exercise Physiology, and his BS in Health Education from Virginia Tech. He holds a Degree in Pedorthics from Northwestern University, and both a Masters of Physical Therapy, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.
Mr. Bailey is a Licensed Physical Therapist, Board Certified Pedorthist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and he is also a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. His post graduate training has focused on orthopedic manual therapy with an emphasis on evaluation and treatment of foot and ankle dysfunctions and orthotic fabrication. His emphasis in the clinical setting is treatment of foot and ankle pain as well as sport performance. Dr. Bailey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rehab Associates.
In addition to Dr. Bailey’s responsibilities with Rehab Associates, he serves as Adjunct Faculty at Shenandoah University – Physical Therapy program, Adjunct Faculty at Liberty University – Athletic Training program, Adjunct Faculty at Lynchburg College Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy, Adjunct Faculty at Jackson Clinics Residency Program in Physical Therapy, and is a Faculty Member for North American Seminars – teaching nationally on “Advanced Evaluation and Functional Treatment of the Foot and Ankle” and “Evaluation and Treatment of the Foot and Ankle: Beyond the Textbooks.” He participates as a sideline Physical Therapist for Rustburg and Brookville High Schools and consults with several collegiate level athletic programs.
Dr. Bailey has published numerous manuals regarding foot and ankle disorders and has recorded a differential diagnosis DVD for foot and ankle disorder which is sold within the medical field.

Carrie Scruggs, PTA, BA is a native of the Lynchburg area and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hollins University in 2014, where she was a member of the women’s basketball and lacrosse teams. She later attended Jefferson College of Health Sciences and earned an Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2017. Carrie has an interest in general orthopedics.

Jefferey M Thilking, PTA, BS a native of the Lynchburg area, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee in 2005 where he was a member of the men’s crew team. He then attended South College in Knoxville and earned an Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012. His areas of interest are rehabilitation and fitting for cyclists, as well as triathlon and injuries to the knee and shoulder. Tyler France, a native of Forest, VA, received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Lynchburg College in 2014. He later received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Lynchburg College in 2017. Following his graduation from physical therapy school, Tyler completed an orthopedic residency program with the Virginia Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute. His areas of interest include general orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation. Tyler is currently working towards obtaining his specialty certification in orthopedics and sports and hopes to pursue a fellowship in manual therapy in the near future. In his spare time, Tyler likes to spend time with his wife and dog, play sports, and read.
