Jordan Molstre, PT, DPT, is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist at Rehab Associates of Central Virginia, where he is known for his patient-centered approach and specialized expertise in vestibular therapy, concussion management, and sports rehabilitation. With a strong commitment to helping individuals regain function and return to the activities they love, Dr. Molstre combines advanced clinical knowledge with personalized care to achieve meaningful outcomes for his patients.
Dr. Molstre earned his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Cedarville University in 2011, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Lynchburg College (now the University of Lynchburg) in 2016. Prior to beginning his career in physical therapy, he was a competitive track and field athlete for the Cedarville University Yellow Jackets, specializing in the javelin and sprints—an experience that continues to inform his work with athletic populations.
Clinically, Dr. Molstre areas of expertise include vestibular and vertigo therapy for patients experiencing dizziness and balance disorders, comprehensive concussion care for symptoms such as brain fog and headaches, and nasal release therapy (NRT), a manual technique designed to alleviate sinus pressure, eye strain, and congestion. He also provides general orthopedic rehabilitation for joint and muscle injuries.
Dr. Molstre holds certifications in Dry Needling, Nasal Release Technique (NRT), and advanced vestibular therapy. He is passionate about education and community engagement, regularly guest lecturing for collegiate programs on topics such as vestibular rehabilitation. His commitment to excellence has been recognized with the FOTO Award (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) for achieving high levels of patient functional improvement.

Dr. Connor Christenson, PT, DPT, CSCS, specializes in general orthopedics with a focus on chronic knee pain, working with athletes and active individuals. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg and holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential, along with certification in Dry Needling with electrical stimulation for the lower body. His clinical experience includes Mountain River Physical Therapy with experience with SFMA and FMS, Rehab 2 Perform with a focus on sports rehabilitation, and OrthoVirginia, where he worked with Liberty University Division I athletes. Originally from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, he now lives in Lynchburg with his wife and enjoys working out, running, golfing, reading, and watching sports.
