Jessica Deloach, PT, DPT

Dr. Jessica Deloach received her Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine from the University of Virginia in 2009, where she worked closely with the Varsity athletic programs as a Student Athletic Trainer. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, in the tradition of the Medical College of Virginia in 2012. Jessica has a special interest in general orthopedics for all ages, sports injuries including a close relationship locally with Altavista Combined School to treat student-athletes, and she also enjoys geriatric rehabilitation including balance retraining and vestibular rehab.  Dr. Deloach is currently certified in Dry Needling for the Lower Extremity.

Zachary Melling, PT, DPT

Zachary Melling PT 

Dr. Zac Melling is a Physical Therapist and hybrid athlete. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in 2024 and his bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University in Human Nutrition in 2021. He treats patients from all fitness ranges and has a passion for treating orthopedic populations using evidence-based practice, precision prescription for exercise, hands-on techniques, and lifestyle changes. He wants to help all people become more fit and live healthy lifestyles, from those who do not exercise, recreational gym goers, home gym users, recreational runners, competitive athletes, and everything in between.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Melling likes to exercise at his home gym, run, hike, read, play soccer, and spend time with his wife and kids.

Megan Bowles, PT, DPT

Megan Bowles, PT, DPT, is a licensed physical therapist who earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg in 2026. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Lynchburg where she graduated in 2023. Megan has a special interest in general orthopedics for all ages, and she also enjoys geriatric rehabilitation including balance retraining and vestibular rehab. Megan is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love.

Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys reading, exercising at a local gym, farming, and spending time with family and friends.

Jim Gosney, PTA

Jim Gosney, PTA 

Jim is a Pittsylvania County native and a graduate of Hargrave Military Academy in nearby Chatham. He earned his undergraduate degree in Physical Science from the US Naval Academy and has advanced degrees in Anatomy and Public Health with a focus in health services administration. Jim’s rehabilitation interests include general orthopedics with a focus on geriatrics. He is active in APTA and the VA chapter. Jim’s non-professional pursuits include hiking and managing his family’s rural farm property.
