Megan E. Grim, PTA, earned her Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008 from Washington State Community College in Marietta, OH. Megan gained experience in McKenzie spine treatment method and KinesioTaping as a new graduate employed at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Pennsylvania. After moving to Virginia she was able to further her skills orthopedics when she joined Rehab Associates in 2010. An opportunity to switch to an in-patient skilled nursing rehabilitation facility in 2011 allowed her to focus on gait and balance training, general strengthening and functional task retraining. In December 2014, she returned to the outpatient setting when she rejoined Rehab Associates, working with Dr. Andy Tatom to treat general orthopedic ailments with specific focus on treating the spine through Muscle Energy Techniques.
