Bonnie M. Black, PTA, BA graduated from College of Idaho, Caldwell, ID with a BA in Psychology and Art. She received her Associates from College of Health Sciences (now Jefferson College of Health Sciences), Roanoke, VA as a Physical Therapists Assistant. She holds her Certification as a Weight Trainer with the International Weightlifting Association.

She has 17 years of experience as a PTA most of which has been in Orthopedic and Aquatic rehabilitation in outpatient settings. She also has experience in Long Term Care and Vestibular Rehab.

Bonnie has been a Clinical Instructor for the Jefferson College of Health Sciences and provided Aquatic training for both Lynchburg College and Liberty University Athletic training students. She presented at the Athletic Training Symposium at Lynchburg College in April, 2014. Joshua Bailey received both his BS in Exercise Physiology, and his BS in Health Education from Virginia Tech. He holds a Degree in Pedorthics from Northwestern University, and both a Masters of Physical Therapy, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University.

Mrs. Wallman graduated from Old Dominion University in 1987 with a degree in Physical Therapy. She completed her Vestibular Rehabilitation certification in 1999 at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta and established the first Vestibular Practice in Lynchburg specializing in Vestibular Treatment and Fall Prevention. Mary continues to attend Vestibular seminars 1-2 times a year for advancement or changes in Vestibular treatment. She has also attended seminars on Cervicogenic dizziness and has had extensive training with Balance/Fall Prevention using the NeuroCom Balance System. Mrs. Wallman holds educational seminars at local health clubs, hospitals and retirement/nursing homes to educate the public on the causes of vertigo and what can be done to correct this debilitating condition.

Megan E. Grim, PTA, earned her Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008 from Washington State Community College in Marietta, OH. Megan gained experience in McKenzie spine treatment method and KinesioTaping as a new graduate employed at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Pennsylvania. After moving to Virginia she was able to further her skills orthopedics when she joined Rehab Associates in 2010. An opportunity to switch to an in-patient skilled nursing rehabilitation facility in 2011 allowed her to focus on gait and balance training, general strengthening and functional task retraining. In December 2014, she returned to the outpatient setting when she rejoined Rehab Associates, working with Dr. Andy Tatom to treat general orthopedic ailments with specific focus on treating the spine through Muscle Energy Techniques.

Pat Aronson works as a Resource Physical Therapist Assistant to all 11 clinics at Rehab Associates. She is currently in her 26th year at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia. At Lynchburg College she is a full professor in the Athletic Training Department. Pat is also the Faculty Athletics Representative for LC. She has been the Head Athletic Trainer (11 years) and the Coordinator of Clinical Education in the CAATE accredited Athletic Training program (15 years).

Pat earned her PhD from the University of Virginia in 2005 and her Masters of Education degree from UVA in 1982. Her dissertation topic was Medial Collateral Ligament Stiffness in Males and Females.
